Entergy New Orleans is partnering with the New Orleans Council on Aging and Catholic Charities to provide financial relief to low-income, elderly and disabled customers struggling to pay their high energy bills. ⁠

Through the relief program, Entergy will use half a million dollars to funnel $200 to eligible customers every six months. ⁠

Assistance will be provided in both regions on a first come, first served basis, the utility said. ⁠
