🔥 BURN IT DOWN 🔥

With both Western Collective & Western Proper, our experiences have always been founded with the intention of adventure and the belief that great drinks and rowdy parties go hand-in-hand, as well as not settling for status quo because someone told us we had to do things or live life a certain way.

We build our experiences and products for people who believe that having a great time is a personal responsibility. 

For those who do it the fun way. 

Part of taking risks means you get it right sometimes, and straight up miss other times. 

We believe that in our 5 years in Boise, we have gotten a lot more right than we have gotten wrong. 

One thing that has lingered for us has been the feeling that the concept of Western Proper has been a miss in us honoring the intent of our mission of “do it the fun way”. We believe the brand, mission, menu, service and some of the experience have lacked consistency, thoroughness, and (most importantly) good fucking energy.

We have spent the past few months re-thinking the vision and the why.

What came out of that is we decided to light it on fire, and start over again. 

Introducing House of Western - which will officially open on Friday, September 8th at 4 PM. Let’s light it on FIRE 🔥
