sinigang na lechon is back on the menu in time to warm you up this season.🧡

Whether your Lola, tita, or nanay made it, it’s always characterized by the sourness/savory flavors. You may remember it made with tamarind or mama sita’s sinigang mix😋 regardless of its many variations, it’s sure to bring back those favorite mems💫

This one is made with crispy fried pork belly, chinese eggplant okra, guisado, shishitos, micro cilantro, and green apple sinigang broth. And we’re excited to bring this one to your table. 😊🍏
