Smoked confit beef short ribs ‼️ This one right here is a banger!

1️⃣ Apply wsauceofficial to ribs as a binder. Season beef ribs with rub of your choice. I used acbarbeque MVP and gustusvitae Bang Bang FlavorGang
2️⃣ Place on smoker between 250 and 275. Smoke@4-5 hours or until bark has set.
3️⃣ Place in a foil pan with thyme, rosemary, garlic and enough olive oil to cover. Place back on smoker 2 hours or until beef is tender 
4️⃣ Rest meat in oil 1 hour before shredding
