RECIPE: DONT MEASURE SHIT! The garlic and lemon boosters really add a punch. They are 0 salt so use as much as you need! lawrysseasoning lemon pepper is a must as well. White wine is optional but I enjoy the flavor it adds. Add your seafood slowest cooking to fastest. For shrimp I like to use frozen as they don’t over cook and have a great texture. Already cooked shellfish can go in last.
