Lets use those brisket trimmings and make some tallow.  If you cook with oil, tallow is a great option.  I would rather use an oil I processed mysel when possible.  This will keep for up to 12 months at room temperature and longer in fridge or freezer, in an air tight container of course. #tallow #beeftallow #brisket #cookingoil #3piecesofpecan #fyp
