Posted withregram • semperfiandamericasfund Gratitude Alert! 🙌 Thanks to a generous $25,000 grant from the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, caregivers of veterans with paralysis enjoyed rejuvenating retreats and respite care for their loved ones. At the retreats, caregivers attended workshops, bonded, recharged, and found valuable resources and support.

“After the retreat, I texted our group that I came in as a stranger but left with a heart full of new families who know and understand each others’ battles.”

A Navy Petty Officer 1st Class spouse shared, "Getting away was a hard decision, but every second of the retreat was provided for. Without the donors, this wouldn't have been possible."
