✨️ Cultural Exchange: Philippines and Cuba 🇵🇭 🇨🇺 

Humphrey fellows camillediola from the Philippines 🇵🇭 and rocio.baro1993 from Cuba 🇨🇺 introduced each other's cultures.

🇵🇭 Camille Diola, flashing her warm Filipino smile and passion for Filipino cuisine, decided to introduce to us national dessert - Turon.

Camille explained, "Turon, a Filipino local dessert and snack with influences from Spanish and Southeast Asian cuisines. It's a sweet reminder that our diversity is our strength."

🇨🇺 On the other side of the cultural spectrum, Rocio Baro, a spirited ambassador of Cuban heritage, regaled Camille with tales of Cuba's vibrant music, dance, and its world-renowned cuisine.

As they shared their cultural stories, Camille and Rocio found common ground in their appreciation for family and traditions.

In a world where borders often separate us, the Humphrey Program reminds of the boundless potential for connection and understanding through international cooperation.
