Looking back, I truly did not see how much weight I had gained 😔

I felt like a failure after already losing 70 lbs prior to getting sick in 2019

I HEARD everything my doctor said to do but I didn’t really LISTEN to any of it

I started to believe that this is just the way I was supposed to be and I have to accept that PCOS has taken over my life and that’s it

It wasn’t until about 6 months after the photo on the left was taken in mid 2022 that I was told I was pre diabetic and if I didn’t get my life under control, I was heading towards daily insulin

It was the single biggest wake up call I needed to hear and ever since I’ve been full steam ahead

Sure the benefits of weight loss is that you look better but I am just happy to be physically feeling better and avoiding diabetes at all cost

Side note, should I go back to this darker chocolate brown next week? 🤔
