On the left: Depressed, unhappy, didn’t work out, ate lots of sugar and carbs, felt worthless and that being over weight was just what had to accepted because doctors couldn’t find anything wrong 

On the right: Positive PCOS diagnosis, eats low carb and low sugar, takes meds and supplements to aid in minimizing pcos symptoms, does weight training, barre, @plnkfitness and yoga to feel strong, has hope knowing that continuing with the right tools,  achieving weight loss and being healthy is possible 🤗
