“At the beginning of 2019, my weight hit an all time high and I hit an all time low. I was overweight, stressed out, and tired all the time. I thought about my weight constantly and it was miserable. I had lost weight in the past trying numerous fad diets but never kept it off. I knew I needed to make some drastic lifestyle changes and start incorporating regular exercise in order to lose weight and keep it off for good. The problem was that I had always hated working out. A friend told me about Glover Fitness and I liked the idea of a women’s only gym. I stalked the Glover Fitness Facebook page for a couple months before I got up the nerve to walk in the door. However, the moment I walked through that door I was hooked! I have never been in a more empowering, uplifting environment! There is truly nothing like it! Every time I walk in the doors, I am encouraged and inspired by the instructors and all the women working out around me. Since February, I have lost 54 lbs (and counting), gained a whole lot of muscle, and gained even more confidence. I actually love to workout now and look forward to my Glover time every day! Make yourself a priority because you are worth it! Show up, put in the work, be consistent, and you will see a huge transformation in your body, mind, and soul. Plus you will have a whole lot of fun and meet some amazing women in the process!”
