These swole sisters have been friends for five years and been through a lot together! The most recent is Monica destroying her ankle {hints the improvised picture} their favorite class to take together is ALL OF THEM—one look at each, through all the sweat and eye rolling, makes every class gold!

When we asked Jennifer what Monica meant to her and how she holds her accountable she said “knowing that Mon will definitely not allow me to skip out/flake is huge! We both have busy lives and value each other’s time. The responsibility that comes from not letting your friend down is a huge factor in holding me accountable. I love that not wanting to let her down forces me to show up. Truth-selfishly, Monica’s friendship, (love) provides me the confidence to move past my comfort zone & be a part of an environment of strong empowering women. Something I could never do (alone) before I became a Glover girl.”

When we asked Monica what Jennifer’s friendship meant to her she said “Jen and I became friends a long time ago. She's always had a motivating and empowering light in her personality. Her happiness was contagious. She invited me to Glover over a year ago because she had issues with gyms before, but she LOVED this one. I decided to give it a shot and fell just as hard as she did. We had several early morning texts that we couldn't make the classes over the next several months, but the SWOLE SISTER challenge changed everything. We were suddenly accountability partners for showing up and giving every ounce of work we possibly had in the classes. Now we're swole mates, and our friendship is stronger than ever! Not even injuries keep us down. I am so thankful for my swole sister, Jen!”
