They’ve been working out together since January and they love anything at 5AM⏰

When we asked Rachel about her gym besties she said “They're both really special to me! I was immediately drawn to Nadia when she first started at the gym. I was in awe that she jumped into a consistent 5AM schedule. She works hard and we bonded over basically dying and then continuing to show up day after day. Lindsay is absolutely hilarious. I can always count on her to make me laugh first thing in the morning. Tragedy may have brought us all a little bit closer... but I firmly believe God puts people in your life for a reason. He definitely had a huge hand in our friendships. I'm so thankful for each of them. The accountability comes kinda natural... I look forward to seeing them so a lot of times that's what helps me get up in the morning.”

When we asked Nadia what her girls mean to her she said “Our favorite class to take together is Throwdown or anything Tonya teaches! My gym besties mean the world to me! They are not just my accountability partners, but over the last few months they have became my sisters and I consider them family. After a devastating time in my life I consider the entire group of GF my family! I feel supported here and would be lost without them❤️”

When we asked Lindsay what her gym besties mean to her she said “I absolutely love Rachel and Nadia! We all started together and have been best friends since! We are 5AMers! We encourage each other and push each other to do our best every step of the way! We text each other, often, around 4:30AM to make sure we are all up and going. It is a true blessing to get to know both of them and I am thankful for their friendship!”
