It’s obvious this duo likes to have a good time—any theme, any class, they are IN🤩

When we asked Lauren about her friendship with Aimee she said “The gym is where our friendship began! My husband worked night shifts one fall, and Aimee invited me to some spin class with her at UCA where we work so I wouldn’t get lonely. When she heard about Glover, she convinced me to follow her over there too to try this thing called “barre!” Having Aimee in a class with me means laughing through the pain! I don’t know of a better motivator to get my butt to the gym than a promise of a good time. Barre has turned into our favorite class to go to together too. (We are the two idiots on the front wall giggling.)”

When we asked Aimee about Lauren she said “Me and Lauren have worked out together since January of 2018. Lauren keeps me accountable to going to the gym because she works across the hall from me at work. Also, she is always down to dress crazy and have fun with me at the gym! Our favorite class is Barre or anything but Step (Lauren can’t do classes that involve keeping rhythm)🤣”
