This powerhouse team not only kills it at every class they take, they lift everyone else up around them, keep kiddos in childcare, and know every person at GF💕

When we asked Crystal about their friendship, she said “We’ve been working out for almost a year. Heather means so much to me. She became my sister, my twin. When she hasn’t seen me at the gym she calls me out and tells me I need to get my butt to the gym. Our favorite class to take together is ZUMBA, but of course we dance in every class💃🏽”

When we asked Heather about her friendship with Crystal she said “Crystal and I have gotten so close and learned so much about each other this past year. We are so similar, we’re definitely spirit sisters! She’s my dancing partner during class when a good song comes on, we both complain during super hard moments yet turn around and push each other to our limits, and we never let the other give up! Even if we don’t go to GF on the same days we always check in and ask, “What’d you do today?” Our favorite class to take together is Zumba! Dancing and getting a workout—what could be better? But, really any class we take from bootcamp to throwdown and barre, we’re always laughing while dying!”
