This dynamic duo has been working out together for two and a half years but they’ve been besties since 7th grade💕

When we asked Angela how Jill keeps her accountable she said “We don’t often get to workout together, since I am a 5am-er a few days a week. But we share activity on our Apple Watch. She will hold me accountable if she doesn’t see the notification that I worked out. When we do get to work out together we both push each other, cheer each other on, And she’s not afraid to call me out when I’m not working as hard as I’m capable of. My favorite class is any we get to work out together in. Which is mostly Saturday Step. It’s my LOVE to HATE class🤦🏻‍♀️”

When we asked Jill to tell us about her and Angela’s friendship she said “Angela and I have been working out together for 2 1/2 years. Some where in there was a small break. But we don’t count that. Ha!! We have been friends since 7th grade and I wouldn’t trade her for the world! She is my best friend for life! 
Most weeks we only get to workout together a couple days a week. However, we do arrange our schedule on purpose to make it work.🤪 She is my accountability partner no matter what. When we workout together she may yell at me to push harder and I may want to smack her at that time but I’m grateful for it later. We just get each other!”
