Meet Lauren! She’s a true GF supporter, we see her almost daily, and she’s got the muscles to prove it 💪🏻 We are so excited to welcome her as the newest barre instructor! 
Lauren is married to Tyler and has two sons, Knox and Tuck. She works part time as a Registered Nurse. Lauren is passionate, not only about the physical benefits of physical activity, but the emotional benefits as well. She has participated in a variety of exercise styles including CrossFit, long distance running and Sprint Triathlons. Lauren is Barre Intensity trained! Look for her on next month’s schedule 👍
