New Instructor Alert 🚨 📣 
Meet Karen! She’s been an active member of GF and has accepted a position as instructor for one of our newest classes offered next month! 
Karen has been in group fitness for several years and recognizes the importance of group support in reaching fitness goals. During the day, she is a school psychology specialist and a mother and grandmother to two very active little boys. She is NETA GEI and Pilates Mat certified. 
Look for her on our upcoming schedule teaching Cardio Lite on Sundays at 2pm! 🤗
