She's married to her high school sweetheart Sean, momma to two awesome boys Rowan, age 3.5, and baby Silas, 3 months. Certified nutrition therapist 🍎, but currently stays at home with the boys and take clients on the side. She loves fitness because it provides her with some kid-free time, opportunity to hangout with other women, and for the positive impact it has on her mood and outlook on life! 💪She loves yoga, Pilates, and dance-based exercises and can't wait to dig into her ballet roots to teach some barre classes! 💃
