Meet our instructor, Rachel! 👋 She's married to Derek, mother to the adorable Sheppard and fur babies, Bear and Roxy. She's been rocking the Oh Baby classes for about 6 months and is super fun 🎉 Rachel loves taking walks with the family, doing anything outside, and eating 😜 She's passionate about fitness because it makes you feel so good and she loves setting a good example for her son. Her favorite workouts are yoga and Pilates. Rachel will be teaching our yoga classes and others in the future! 👏👍
