Delta Valley Health Club 🤝 East County Shred Mountain Biking Team

🥳Delta Valley is extremely excited to be promoting health and fitness in our local youth through our Spin Studio. 

⭐️East County Shred Mountain Biking Team was established in 2021 by a couple of great dads wanting to get their kids out riding. 
⭐️Shred is now a part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association - a non-profit organization that promotes youth mountain biking programs in the US!
⭐️Shred practices locally: Marsh Creek Trail, Round Valley, and Contra Loma to name a few. 
⭐️Races are Nor Cal based! (Wine Country, Stockton, Monterey). Races are encouraged but not mandatory!!

East County Shred will be having an informational meeting for all current and new members!

👉Mountain Mikes on Balfour
👉380 West Country Club Dr.

❄️During the winter months where it’s more difficult for these bikers to train outdoors, the team will come and use our indoor spin facility once a week!
