Do you trust that you’ll catch yourself when you fall? That you’ll pick yourself back up, and say let’s try again? Do you trust that you can be loved as you are, for who you are? Not only by others, but by yourself? When we don’t trust ourselves, we may betray the core of who we are. We may compromise that what matters most - our own being. We don’t trust we can get that job, be a good parent, make healthy choices for ourselves. We don’t trust that we can grow, thrive, and expand. But we can. Next time you feel like you’ve failed, or made a mistake, next time you give up before starting, or you feel regret or frustration - think about your level of self trust. Reflect on it. Notice it.
