Anyone else a ball of tension these days? Just me?

Numerous times during a day, I realize I’m clenching my jaw or wearing my shoulders like earrings. And then it occurs to me that I have no idea how long I’ve been like this. Minutes? Hours? No wonder I have headaches.

Is this just a #middleage thang or what? It’s definitely gotten worse as I’ve gotten *ahem* older. 😒

May be time to up my @calm meditations to 3x per day.
