The @strengthandmoxie team hitting up some inspiration tonight listening to @lindseyvonn speak. This woman embodies so much #strengthandmoxie, along with grit, perseverance and heart.

One of the things I loved is her concept she teaches at her Strong Girls camps: Observe•Stop•Replace. 
OBSERVE the negative word you may be using about yourself, STOP using it, and REPLACE it with something positive.

A solid piece of advice we could all practice more often, yes?
