2009 to 2019. From bud to bloom. Always growing. Always unfolding. Learning to accept the beauty of my many layers. Trusting the process. And always leaning towards the light.

Much has changed in 10 years. I went from falling to flying. From boxed to finding my way out. From small to bold.
.
The thing is, I still fall. Sometimes, I still feel boxed. And there are times I feel small.
.
The difference now though, is this. I trust myself, this journey and am well versed in the fight it took to get here.
.
I now know that falling isn’t failing. That a box can be opened, and I have the key. And smallness is temporary. And a feeling I can choose to leave.
.
Maybe I’m not where I thought I’d be ten years ago. But then maybe the universe knew better. I learned to trust her. And myself. And with that faith, I’m ten years stronger, wiser, and more versed in self love, than I could’ve ever predicted.

This is where I bloom.🌺
