I love this picture. It reminds me I'm strong, when I forget. It reminds me that progress is always possible. It reminds me that no matter what obstacles step onto my path, I will kick the shit out of them and keep going. 
Yesterday, I completed 3 sets of 5 pull ups. A personal best. And I'm not done. Grateful for the internal strength that lifting and physical strength has taught me.
