This week, when I've found myself feeling overwhelmed, angry, sad, fearful, uncertain - I repeat this word softly in my mind. Over and over again. I breathe it in and I breathe it out. Slowly, I find my center again. And the love I hold and cherish for all of us humans. Gentle. It's a way to love and live, isn't it? We can still be fierce AND gentle. Both/And.
