There's an order to things. It is divine. It is where the beauty happens. The light comes in. The heart fills. In the brokenness, we become whole. And in the wholeness, we are broken. 
Let yourself be broken. Let yourself feel it. Move through it. It isn't comfortable. Pain is there. But so is transformation. And faith. Hope. And love. 
Pain and suffering. Hurt and hardship. All ingredients of the human condition. It is what we do with the pain that matters. 
Rest. Silence. Quiet. Sit with the pain. Acknowledge it. Make friends with it. Take away its power for ruin. Love it for what it is. A necessary and uncompromising part of living. 
Love. It is present through it all. 
Love it by breathing it. Inhale. Exhale. 
Accepting the breakdown, will lead you to the breaking open. Inhale. Exhale.

The breaking open will lead you to the break through. Inhale. Exhale. 
And the break through leads you to light.
