This. Feeling especially inspired this evening after a couple conversations with friends and having my ass TOTALLY handed to me by Mr. @bodiesbyburgoon himself. During my training session, I thought I might die. I'm in good shape. But daaaaamn it was hard. But I did not break. And that's what is most important. Instead, I left feeling tired, but stronger.
