And that ending provides us the opportunity to fall forward into new beginnings. In some ways, it feels easier to fall backward. Maybe even more natural to do so. But the beautiful thing is, you get to make the choice. Fall forward or backward? Stay down or get back up? Shrink or grow? Hang on or let go? 
Making the decision which way you'll fall is the easiest part. It's taking the steps towards the choice that is the hardest. But also the most rewarding, prevailing and transformative thing you'll do.
