## Caption

How do you grow and bloom? Getting intentional about stepping outside of your comfort zone. And yesterday I did just that. 
I LOVE to speak publicly, but am FREAKED OUT about speaking in front of a camera. Yesterday I sat down in front of the camera with the @todayparents team to talk about how parenting has changed me.
