Deadlift at 214 lbs on first attempt. Pretty disappointed in my 2nd & 3rd attempts - which were no good at 236 lbs each time. I've PR'd at 250lbs in the gym. Shit just felt heavier today. Oh well! Next up: Worlds in Vegas in November! #GirlsWhoLift #GirlPower #WABDL
