Today was an emotional day for me as I trained many strong men and women.

I take all first appointments when new people come to the gym. It's important that I know the clients who I spend so much time with, who then become my friends.  Many times they don't know that their stories give me the strength to share mine.  Let's fast forward a year. The person I'm training is a completely different person in so many ways.
