## Caption

So this happened today. I signed up for a weightlifting competition with some amazing other people from my gym. What? Yes. Yes I did. Here's the thing, this is all about me challenging myself to do something I never, ever in a million years, thought I'd be capable of doing. This is to prove to myself that I CAN do it. I AM strong. And the only way I fail is by not trying. Thank you to @bodiesbyburgoon for providing a place for me to find my #strength, inside and out. #BStrong #Courage #GetOutOfYourComfortZone #BestGymMpls
