Do you see that? My left ankle is without the boot! WOOP! Doc confirmed I have a stress fracture in my left Fibula. It's still healing and new bone is forming, hopefully I'll be pain free in about month. Doctors orders is no impact, no repetitive weight bearing, no running for another month. That includes Burpees. You hear that @bodiesbyburgoon - no Burpees for another month! 😝 I got the clear for boxing though (minus the kicks). Double WOOP!! #roadtorecovery #strongisthenewbeautiful
