Fall is here, and we’ve got the perfect cocktail for you to try.

Recipe (Serving two people):
1. Cut 1 lemon into wedges and place in a cocktail shaker. Muddle for at least 2 minutes.
2. Add 4 oz Pendleton Whisky and shake for 20 seconds.
3. Add fresh ice to glasses. Strain, divide and pour the liquid into the glasses.
4. Top with Sidral Mundet.
5. Garnish with 2 slices of apple and 2 sprigs of thyme
