Second Lt. Rachel Smith is making the most of her casual status by serving as the Officer In Charge of Little Rock AFB’s Honor Guard. In doing so, she’s realizing a personal interest to serve in the Honor Guard since her time at the Academy and gaining a chance to lead a small, close team of Airmen.
