Better yet a daily affirmation…. You have to let go of what others think about you. It doesn’t matter and never really did. Focus on what’s real and what’s real is how you feel about yourself. 

My papa would walk me to school almost every morning and he would say, worry about yourself! I wanted to be a crossing guard so bad and it never made sense until my adult life. Move how you want to move. You can’t change anyone so you might as well do you. 

It’s so much more beneficial in the end and not just to you but also for the others around you.
