Starting Tuesday October 17th the INTRO 360 Class will begin‼️
Twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:30-10:30am Coach Meredith will lead these workouts that will demonstrate exercises, correct form, proper technique on KB, DB & barbell work plus so much more!
This will be a combo workout/form & technique review/lessons in newer cardio machines, etc.
