Eleven Michigan state legislators are filing a lawsuit against the state of Michigan for passing Proposition 2 from 2022 and proposition 3 in 2018. If successful, their case could overturn both Propositions in time to nullify their effect on the 2024 state and federal elections. And as their lawyer said, that’s their goal. ⁠
