"I am so proud of myself today. I completed the #b3timeforme challenge - to go to 3+ classes a week. Although I had to change up my planned barre schedule constantly, I still got the days in & got those 🍑 stickers! There were days when I wasn’t feeling my best & used light weights & spent way more time than I would’ve liked in child’s pose, & there were days like yesterday & today when I rocked the heaviest weights & let my body buuuuurn 🔥 

Barre is by far one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself & I love it so much & I love the barre3lic studio & instructors so so so so muchhhhhh 🥺🥺🥺🥺 
Can’t wait for class on Monday!"
