Introducing our Central Committee Publicity Co-Chairs, Rachel Wong and Leandro Ortiz! 📱

Rachel is a senior double majoring in Marketing and General Management. Her astonishing list of involvements includes serving as the current Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Purdue Foundation Student Board and Vice President of Administration for Mortar Board at Purdue University. Her past achievements include serving as the President of Steps to Leaps, an intern for Purdue Athletics, and a director for the Brock-Wilson Center for Women in Management. Resumes don’t get much more impressive than hers.

Leo is also a senior double majoring in Marketing and General Management. We call him Mr. Marketing since he’s been the External Vice President of the Purdue Marketing Association and Doster Leadership Conference Team Leader. He’s currently completing a Strategic Communications Consulting externship with
PwC and loves both fields of advertising and consulting. It’s safe to say he bleeds Black and Gold!

As Publicity Co-Chairs, they oversee all marketing efforts and collaborate with the other co-chairs to successfully promote the program. They are also in charge of social media accounts and all things digital. (They also refused to write their own bios 😉)
