What makes our Shrimp Toast unique? Shrimp Toast is traditionally made on small triangles of bread and seasoned shrimp paste is spread on top! 👀 At Far East Descendant, we use whole shrimp and ground into our own patty and load it atop of our house-made Montao bun. Our shrimp mix is made with shrimp, water chestnut, garlic, scallion, ginger, green onion, and shallot.Our Shrimp Toast is served with Ming Mayo, mayo with our own dehydrated spices (ginger, scallion, shallot), sesame oil, lemon and rice wine. ☺️ Far East Descendant was born of the love of Cantonese food and culture, presented through our own creative way.
