I played tight end at Penn State and UMass. Coached at Arizona State. And now that I’m in media, I travel around to big-time football programs

I’ve been around some freakishly athletic dudes. 

Here are the three most impressive things I’ve ever seen in a college football weight room.

3 —Kris Jenkins from Michigan hits a Turkish Get Up with a 170-pound dumbbell. 

Anyone who has done this movement knows how insane this is. 

Michigan strength coach Ben Herbert says it’s the heaviest he’s ever seen.

2 — Jalen Hurts squatting 600 pounds is impressive.

It’s a meme for a reason. 

1— Saquon Barkley power cleaning 405.

He’s the craziest athlete I’ve ever been around… simple as that.
