In all seriousness I am so freaking grateful. I woke up this morning. I have working limbs. I have eyes, ears and a mouth to eat with. I have the best support system in the world. I live in a city that allows me to train at the best gym in the nation mi40_gym . I GET to be a bodybuilder. I GET to coach over 30 clients. I GET to work my ass off each day. It’s easy to slip into a “new normal” but fuck that. I want to embrace, love, and be grateful for each moment. This isn’t normal, this is special. As my friend thechrishirata said the other day “I won’t be able to do this forever, so I want to enjoy it now, even on the hard days.” So yeah, even when I doubt myself, even when I wonder what the next move is, I can confidently say “I am Kenough”.
