Check the date in the bottom left (post is still live if you wanna scroll back a few thousand). This didn’t happen overnight. This wasn’t easy. The path wasn’t always clear. Many said it couldn’t be done. 16 years ago I decided to be a bodybuilder. I had already been vegan for 3 years. There was next to no information on the scene. I had to experiment with myself as subject number one. When every jacked guy in the gym said I couldn’t build muscle without animal protein I figured I’d just try and do it with plants. And, through some trial and error, and over a decade and a half of work, I think I’ve figured it out. Let me be your shortcut. You don’t need to take 15 years. I probably could have done this in 5-6 years knowing what I know now. That’s the value of a coach. They cut down your time to your goal. Drastically. Anyways. I’m 6 weeks out from the qcbb_promo Ruby Classic and couldn’t be more grateful for the wild ride this has been. Some of you have been following me since that post back in 2014. Thank you.
