Girls been firing last week at pro team sparring, showing up the boys easily. All our girls have fights lined up all over the world, some for title shots, so we keeping that head down, eyes forward and 10 toes down to catch some bodies on the way out. 

Our pro room believes in tough, creative controlled sparring at a fast pace with good enough power for you to respect. We believe its a place where you try shit, and that you work your timing to a near real situation. Its not at 100% but its not technical and light. Dont turn up asking for different. Its tough and you need to finish all your rounds, which is why we seperate it from the intermediate fighters, because you need to earn your way into this room. 

Proud of our girls for showing how its done, from our new pro fighters to our world champs in the room. We hope the other boys in the room start to punch like these girls 😂
