Here’s how you can get 3 months of FREE online therapy from a non-profit 🤍

hermestelehealth is a student-run nonprofit offering free telehealth! (This isn’t a partnered post, Hermes sent to me and I think it’s truly amazing so wanted to reach as many people as possible!)

They are offering 3 months of mental health services through a partnership with betterhelp! Visit their website freetelehealth.org (linked in my bio) to learn more and sign up. No insurance needed.

Whether you’ve tried therapy before, have wanted to but didn’t know where to start, have trouble affording it, this is an amazing resource. It is available for anyone in any state, not just New York!

I tried it out before sharing. It’s super easy to redeem the voucher and set up your first appointment. It comes with weekly meetings with an assigned therapist based on the information you fill out, plus you can message them via the app. 

Hermes was started by a group of students from Rice, Stanford, Brown, Northeastern, UT Austin, UMichigan, and beyond. They are providing the free voucher codes through the BetterHelp Social Impact Fund.
