🍆 Spicy Fried Eggplant ~ spicy & flavorful sauce made with fresh, garlic, parsley, & spices.
🥩Kebda~ grilled beef liver marinated in herbs, spices, peppers.
🍅 Koshary ~ rice, lentils, and macaroni topped with tomato sauce and crispy fried onions. served with a side of tangy vinegar dressing. 
🐓Molakheya~ a traditional dish made with jute leaves simmered in a chicken broth of garlic and aromatic spices serverd with chicken.
🍝Macarona Bechamel ~ a classic Egyptian dish made with macaroni and seasoned ground beef, topped with a Bechamel sauce.
🥥Basbousa~ an Egyptian dessert made with semolina flour, almonds, coconut, and a sweet rosewater syrup.
🍋Lemon mint juice ~ fresh lemon and mint leaves
