A short note about last weekends clinic 

One of the Thoroughbreds that attended the weekend clinic 

The session was in-hand work. See the difference in his body and release of tension and brace.
You can see in the picture below.

-Through walking 
- simple lines, 
- long lines 
-curved lines
- paying attention where and how he places his feet.
- Small corrections of head and neck carriage, ribcage 
-Keeping an eye on tempo and speed.
-Keeping an eye on his ability to stay with you and focused 

And working with him while staying in the green zone.

I'm always amazed how giving these horses are. These horses are incredible athletes and you can see they are ready to go go go!! It's often quite hard to keep weight on them because they burn so much nervous energy, often just trying to stay upright! 
They want to give more than they should without regard to their health or well being, because it is their nature.
